The Big Honzo DL is exactly what the name implies. It’s a Honzo with bigger tires and a nice build kit featuring hydraulic disc brakes and 130mm of suspension. You’ll get a little extra squish thanks to the 2.8” tires that absorb bumps with ease. Comfortable geometry and an adjustable travel dropper post ensure you’re always at just the right position on your bike whether you’re climbing that big mountain or descending your favorite flow trail!

Much like its larger-wheeled sibling, the Mahuna, the Cinder Cone is the perfect all-rounder for the person looking to ride off-road or cruise around the backwoods bike paths. It features an air fork with 100mm of travel, as well as a dependable 11-speed drivetrain and disc brakes. If you’re a fan of plus bikes, you can run up to 2.8” tires. The Cinder Cone is where the mountain meets functionality at a great price.

This Kona classic brings some of the finer things to light. The Fire Mountain is running a smooth-shifting 9-speed drivetrain to keep things manageable across varying terrain and hydraulic disc brakes to stop on a dime. With 100mm of adjustable suspension and sturdy tires aboard wider 27mm rims, the Fire Mountain helps build confidence off-road. Available for smaller riders in a 26” wheeled XS version and a 27.5” wheel for sizes S-XL.

If we had to sum up the Hei Hei in one sentence it would be this: The Hei Hei is fast, fun, easy to ride, climbs like a mountain goat, descends like a cheetah, is affordable, has no frills but everything you need with its 120mm of front and 100mm of rear travel, and will ensure that you end every ride with a smile on your face. Run on sentences aside, the Hei Hei has been in our lineup for decades because it’s one of the best bikes we’ve ever made. It blurs the line between XC and trail bike and has proved that great ideas evolve into bikes with staying power.

KONA CARBON Designed to be lightweight and built to demanding standards. Carbon fiber has long been praised for its weight and strength, but rather than chase grams, we place our efforts on the performance that is possible when the right high-modulus fibers are in the right places. Our designers work very closely with our manufacturer to ensure there is no compromise to the desired ride characteristics, durability and – finally – weight stipulations that we expect from our bikes. INTEGRATED HEADSET Integrated headsets are simple, light and effective headset systems whereby the bearing race cups are actually part of the head tube, and they are either machined away and left with the head tube, bonded (carbon), or welded in with steel or alloy. Like an internal headset, an integrated headset also reduces stack height, so the height of the stem and bars are more adjustable, giving the rider the best fit possible. TAPERED HEAD TUBE More girth at the bottom of the head tube better distributes shock force, prolonging the bearing life of the headset itself and eliminating brake shudder, while providing confident steering performance. The inherent strength of its triangular design also means a stronger steering position and improved balance, giving the rider more control in rough terrain. A zero-stack, tapered head tube also puts strength where the load is going—into the lower headset cup—maximizing bearing durability where it's needed. TUBELESS COMPATIBLE RIMS Tubeless rims allow for tires with more puncture resistance; the ability to run lower tire pressure, which provides better tire grip on the trail; lower rolling resistance; and weight savings over traditional tube and tire systems. 12x142mm AXLE 12x142mm, 12x148 and 12x157 rear axle standards provide two major advantages to the Kona rider: the 12mm diameter of the rear axle provides the rear hub and frame with a stiff interface, while the 142/148/157mm outer diameter of the hub allows the wheel to be quickly and properly positioned in the frame before the rear axle is inserted. 650b WHEELS 650b wheels and tires have a similar overall diameter to a traditional 700c gravel or commuting tire, but with a smaller diameter rim and a wider, taller tire. The extra air volume in this new generation of urban and mixed-surface tires means they can be run comfortably at lower pressures while still rolling quickly on a variety of surfaces. It's the best of both worlds.

The Mahuna strikes that perfect balance of mountain bike and all-around fun rig. Its 29” wheels easily roll over obstacles and provide a smooth, predictable ride. The fork features 100mm of supple travel and together with the 29” wheels, helps keep bumps in check. You have complete control over stopping with powerful hydraulic disc brakes. The Process 153 DL 29 has been the steed of choice for aggressive riders all over the world. It’s the go-to bike many of our staff ride because it does everything well. It’s been tested and perfected in our hometowns on the North Shore in BC and Bellingham, Washington. We’ve built this bike to be ready to dominate right out of the box, but there are easy ways to upgrade should you choose to do so. With 160mm of front travel and 153mm in the rear, burly Maxxis tires, and ultra-supportive suspension the Process 153 DL 29 will become your most reliable trail slayer.

The kids are alright. Better than alright. In fact, they’re so incredibly talented that we had to make a bike to keep up with the insane progression the groms are throwing on the trails these days.
